As some of you may know, the 20 Simcoe County Trails caches in our area have been archived due to lack of volunteers from their end to maintain them. I have made contact with SCT and they would love for COG members to "adopt" these caches (what's left of them). At the COG - Fork & Plate Event tonight, mention was made to those in attendance of the availability of the adoptions, and some members offered to take them on. For a full list of the caches, to see if any are in your area which may be of interest for you, search under "Hidden By - simcoecountytrails".
If you are interested in adopting one or more, contact me via my profile e-mail, and I will make the necessary arrangements with SCT to transfer them over to you.

According to my records, our members have been very good in adopting these caches. The only ones that I show as currently outstanding are -

GC11JKW - Ballast Pit - Midhurst area
GCZGFH - Dreamcatcher - Barrie area
GCRKX5 - Blue Grass - Tottenham area
GCRB7J - Brentwood Forest - NW of Angus
