| WOW, I'll be nursing my blisters for quite a while. Swifteroo and team, a standing ovation. I had no idea what to expect as I had never been to an event like this before and as far as I am concerned you have done an amazing job. Great Venue, Great events, Great food, just ... Great! |
| What a great cache event!! Wonderfully organized and enjoyable while being challenging. The park was a perfect choice. Swifteroo and all of the people who helped deserve every bit of praise they are getting and more so. Even the cooks did a superb job, great burgers... Thanks for a great day and looking forward to the next one! |

| Luckily the weather cooperated with the absolutely fabulous organizers! This was a great event and very interesting to finally put some faces to these names. We will all be back next year for sure. You guys totally rule at event planning! |
| Another great COG Spring Fling! It was great to meet some new people and catch up on some of the regulars that I haven't seen in a while. Thanks to the COG group for putting on another great bash - you did a great job of providing some good challenging caches to add to the ones in the park and providing some food to keep us going. |
| Had an awesome time. I didn't really know what to expect before showing up, but that doesn't matter. The idea was to have fun. Thanks for fun. You guys sure did a lot of work to pull this all together. |
| A very well organized event, and a great location. Thanks to the whole team who put this together. You can tell that a lot of planning and effort went into putting this together. This was our first event at it certanly wasn't a dissapointment! |
| Another fine COG Spring Fling, our 2nd Annual as well and just as much fun as the first one. We really enjoyed doing all the caches.... Did we really walk 10.75 km? It sure didn't seem like it as we were having so much fun! A big thumbs up to all the organizers, the bbq cooks, the cache builders and the coin race team, excellent job everyone. |
We thought that the only way to improve of Spring Fling 1 was warmer weather, but not only was the weather more cooperative, but the whole event ran like a charm and was a great day to attend! Thanks to all the devoted organizers! |

| Thanks to everyone that had a hand in as this was the best fling yet! From the caches to the challenges, the food service to greeting service and the pins to the prizes. I loved every aspect Now, I know I said in my attend log that this weekend was usually booked for a festival, but honestly, you can have it any weekend you want and we'll be there! |
| What a fantastic event! This was my first COG Spring Fling and you can be sure it will be marked on my calendar for next year. There was so much to do and it was so well organized. |
| Well this was the third COG event for a me and they just keep on getting better. We had great weather all weekend a good location and lots of cachers. What else could you ask for. A many thanks to all those who put so much time and effort into putting on yet another great cog event. Looking forward to next years event. |
| Spring Fling III was amazing. Thanks so much to the organizers who clearly did a ton of work for this. You guys rock! The location was perfect - despite crossing paths with lots of cachers, there was never a time when I really felt that I had to 'wait in line' to find something. There was so much to do, and such a variety, that it kept things exciting. |
| Thank you so much for all the work that went into this event. It was my first Spring Fling and I had an absolute blast. All the events were so well planned out I wish there were more hours in the day so I could have finished everything!! I loved the camping aspect to the weekend as it gave an extra chance to talk to fellow geocachers :) |
| This was the best event so far that I have been too. I agree with others that all the hard work has well worth your efforts, but we seem to recieve the benefits. I thank you all for you attention to detail! |
| Spring Fling 4 |
| WOW!!! This was our first Fling event, and we had a great time. The camping although chilly, was great, and we had great neighbours (team bbex and camouflaged dragon). The caches were awesome, especially the source one. Thanks to all the great cachers we met throughout the day, its always nice to see smiling faces while on the trail. A special thanks go out to the event organizers, I really appreciate all the work that went into planning an event of this magnatude. All went off without a hitch. GOOD JOB!! I look forward to seeing what you have in store for next year. Thanks! |
I can’t say I’m that surprised at how well the Fling was Flung. My congratulations to the rest of the organizing team. I was roving the trails providing support and assistance where necessary, and heard nothing but compliments about how great a time everyone was having. Definitely the best event I have ever been to! I can’t wait for next year |
| The entire weekend was a whirlwind of activities and mini adventures. Never found myself at a loss with nothing to do! |
| Had an absolutely awesome time! What more can I say? You guys keep putting on quality events every year and I will keep coming back for more. I was especially thrilled that all the caches were within reach (well technically) of even my reduced height. |
| One of the best events that I've been to in my 6+ years of this. COG people are very friendly, and the caches that you all put out were all enjoyable. I really cannot think of a single one that I did not have fun doing... Everything was extremely well organized, the orange shirt brigade all very well prepared. |
| Just when you thought it couldn't get any better and I don't just mean the weather. There it is, the best COG Spring Fling yet! The whole Family was out this time for our 3rd Fling and we thoroughly enjoyed spending the day caching with the extended Clan Perez, kwood2k and geo-pup. It was wonderful meeting friends old and new throughout the day... Thanks to the COG team that made the day run like clockwork. It was a fantastic event. |
| Well, what can I say but it was FANTASTIC. Great job done by all the organizers. The camping was great, the location was great, the event was great and most of all the company was great and plus the weather wasn't bad either. |
| As expected, the COG Crew put on a first-rate event with lots of great caches, great companionship, and great weather. I was particularly impressed by the Lost and Found department, who managed to recover nearly everything I lost around the main pavilion over the course of the day. I can't wait till next year! |
| This was my very first geocaching event and I had a blast. And Juicepig, I have to agree that those were the best burgers this side of Uranus . (For those of you who don't know, that's a good thing, not a bad thing.) The experience was simply amazing, even with all the mosquitoes. Couldn't ask for nicer weather. Will definitely plan on attending next year. To all those who helped organize this event, thank you very much for your hard work in making this event a success again. |
